The design of The Uptown creates a first impression of a unified residence with classic and timeless elegance. From entry through to grand central courtyards, residents are led along open pathways to private landscaped entries for all residences.
The Uptown has created a dedicated social media platform, which uses Twitter and Weibo, a Chinese version of Twitter, to create a virtual neighbourhood. Residents can exchange messages about local events, community initiatives and classified advertisements. The electronic multilingual notice board in the lobby of each building will display daily updates on weather, news, sports, finance and cinema time sessions. Residents can choose to have these updates on their smart phone if they wish.
