The Yards development concept consists of two residential buildings located above podium with supermarket, specialty retail tenancies and terrace apartments supported by three levels of parking.

There are a total of 401 one and two bedroom residential apartments with 3 bedroom configuration available upon request. All are designed to benefit from a high level of resident amenity typical gross sizes range from 58 to 61 m2 for a one bedroom apartment and 66 to 91m2 for a two bedroom configuration.
